Our core area on the map is nearest the pin - darker green area. The upgrade to Rush Service is available in this area.

The lighter area outside of the core radius is considered "longer distance." We serve these areas as well, but normally requires at least mileage compensation. Although, this fee may not apply if we can serve many customers in such an outer area. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific location.

Simply schedule a pickup online, and we'll collect your laundry from your porch or rooms.

🧺 Pickup
We provide laundry bags to all new customers. These bags are used to transport your laundry and are a one-time purchase, added to your first service.
Returning customers do not need to buy bags again unless you need extras or replacements.
For pickup, simply leave your filled laundry bags in your preferred location. We can collect from your porch, garage, or even a specific room inside your home — whatever works best for you.
A pickup time must be scheduled and confirmed before we arrive.

👕 You are welcome to place all your laundry into one bag — we will sort everything before washing.

However, we strongly recommend sorting your laundry similar to how you would wash it at home. This helps prevent color bleeding, protects delicate fabrics, and ensures the best cleaning results.
If using one bag, you can separate items inside by using a grocery bag or a sheet of paper as a divider. For example:
- Place new or dark clothing at the bottom
- Add a separator
- Place delicates or light colors on top
Please label any special instructions clearly.

🏷️ All laundry bags must be clearly labeled before pickup. Labels or tags are included with your bags.

Please include the following information:
- Your Name
- Drop-off Location (porch, garage, specific room, etc.)
- Any Special Instructions
Examples of special instructions:
- Folding preferences
- Detergent requests
- Delicate items
- Specific room delivery
If you would like your laundry returned to a specific room inside your home, the room name must be clearly written on the label.
We will always do our best to follow your instructions and accommodate your preferences.

We'll wash, dry, and fold it, then deliver it back fresh and clean - as instructed.

🚚 After your laundry is washed, folded, and/or hung, it is placed into protective clear poly bags for transport. These bags are then secured inside rigid crates to prevent damage during delivery.

Delivery location is based on your preference. We can return your laundry to: - Porch - Garage - Front or back door - Inside your home (upgrade option)

If you request indoor delivery, we wear shoe covers and may use a dolly with soft, floor-safe wheels suitable for hardwood surfaces. Laundry & clean drawstring bags will be placed neatly at your designated location — such as outside a room or on a bed. We do not place clothing inside drawers or shelves.

🚀 What Is Rush Service? Rush Service is an optional upgrade that helps move your order ahead in line. We do our best to process your laundry faster than standard orders. Most regular orders are delivered the next day. With Rush Service, we aim for same-day return whenever possible. - Rush must be requested and approved by us before 12:00 PM (noon). - Rush is only available for customers within our core service area. - Rush is not a guaranteed same-day delivery, but we will prioritize your order and work to return it as quickly as possible. Laundry depends on: We promise to prioritize Rush orders — but we do not promise a specific delivery time.

We will reschedule pickups and deliveries - to an extent. If attempts continue to fail, pickups may be cancelled. For deliveries, your property will be ultimately returned to the address provided.
