By scheduling service with Load Off Laundry, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Pricing is based on weight (per pound) unless otherwise specified.
A minimum service charge may apply.
Estimated pricing may be provided at pickup.
Final pricing is based on actual weighed laundry. In addition to any fees or options customers opt to use.
Payment is required prior to or at time of service, depending on booking terms.
Accepted methods include approved digital payment platforms, cash (USD), or other types unless otherwise specified.
Services may be declined or delayed if payment is not received.
Returned or failed payments may result in service suspension.
Unpaid invoices beyond 7 days may be subject to collection action.
Customers agree to:
- Remove all personal items from pockets (pens, money, gum, etc.) Load Off Laundry is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.
- Inform us of any delicate, special-care, or high-value items
- Notify us of allergies, detergent preferences, and any other sensitivities, prior to washing
- Ensure laundry is securely bagged and accessible at pickup time
- Be attentive during the time of pickup and delivery
- Inform us immediately of any sicknesses or alignments before pickup & delivery
For the safety of our team, customers agree to provide a safe and accessible pickup and delivery location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Walkways, driveways, and steps are free of ice, snow, water, debris, and other hazards.
- Adequate lighting is provided during evening pickups or deliveries.
- The pickup location is reasonably safe and accessible.
Load Off Laundry shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from unsafe property conditions.
Customers may:
- Request fragrance-free washing
- Request no dryer sheets
- Provide their own detergent
- If no preference is specified, we will use our standard detergent.
While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free processing due to shared equipment environments.
We exercise reasonable care in handling garments. However:
- We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
- We are not liable for shrinkage, color bleeding, or manufacturer defects.
- Delicate items must be clearly identified and labelled in writing before service.
- Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to a maximum of 3 times the service charge for that item.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photos and documentation may be required. Failure to report within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of service.
Customers must ensure laundry is available at the agreed time.
If pickup is unavailable:
- A missed pickup or delivery fee may apply.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues:
- Redelivery may incur a fee.
- We are not responsible for items left outside due to customer instructions.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to any scheduled pickup and before a driver is dispatched to pickup or deliver.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee and or account suspension.
Load Off Laundry reserves the right to refuse service for - not limited to:
- Fraud
- Unfriendly, inappropriate, and or problematic behavior
- Excessively soiled items (hazardous waste, bodily fluids, chemical contamination)
- Insect infestations
- Locations and items posing health or safety risks
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service rendered.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service is limited to designated coverage areas within Northern Kentucky.
Load Off Laundry reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
