We use fragrance-free hypoallergenic detergent by default. However, because machines are shared, we cannot guarantee an 100% allergen-free environment.

Clean drawstring bags are provided for your next order. No need to purchase them again!
Clothing can only be delivered to the address it was picked up from.
Payment
We accept good ole' exact cash. (We don't carry change) PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, & Zelle, are all accepted.
For newcomers, half payment is required on pickup. After your second order we'll send an invoice only after delivery.
Tipping
Your laundry hero will not refuse if you choose to show appreciation.
Although, we will never ask nor expect monetary tips. Our pricing & pay includes fair compensation.
Folding Styles
Recommended
If unsure or do not have a preference, let us use our experience to determine the best fold for your garments.
KonMari
Our default folding technique, developed by Mari Kondo, KonMari is a fold that turns garments into small, sturdy rectangles that stand upright in drawers often using dividers.
Military Roll
The most space efficient fold, the Military Roll is a folding technique used to make clothing extremely compact, wrinkle-free, and self-securing. Perfect is packing clothing before a flight!
Hot Topic
A classic drawer style rectangle fold where the front of garments are visible and stacked upright.
Shelf Style
The traditional way of folding towels & wash clothes for storage is a closet. Often suitable for wire rack.
Combine Styles
The clothing bags we provide come with a tag. This tag has labels: room, name, notes, and fold type!

Priority Service
Priority orders are processed ahead of standard orders & typically returned within 12 hours.
Priority begins once the order is confirmed and accepted. Must be requested before 11am EST for same-day eligibility.

Room Service
Kick your feet up & allow us to handle all the heavy lifting. You can choose either or both:
- Pickup: We'll bag clothes from hampers in rooms.

- Delivery: We will deliver clean clothes to the desired room. (Placed on to the bed or nearby.)

Enhanced Stain Treatment
We don’t just wash. We care, separate, & handle, your clothing as if it was our own!
Focused pre-treatment on visible stains:
- Inspection of all garments
- Targeted pre-treatment of visible stains
- Extra attention during washing
Does not include heavy stains: Oil, Grease, Grass, Wine, Set-in stains. Some stains are permanent.

Hangers
If your prefer clothing hung - we can do that! Just supply the hangers. This option is on a per bag basis & bags must be labelled to be hung.
